Pietersite is a member of the Tiger Eye and Quartz family with swirling chatoyant red, blue, and gold tones. It was discovered in 1962 and named after Louis Peters. These beads are very rare and beautiful stones that have the typical colors of Pietersite with white Quartz intermixed.
