Chalcedony is a silicon dioxide mineral made of layered microscopic Quartz grains. It come in a variety of colors, with most colors having there own specific name such as Carnelian, Agate, Bloodstone, and Onyx. These particular beads are a see through cloudy grey color. Simply beautiful.
