Shungite is a black, lustrous, non crystalline mineraloid consisting of mostly Carbon. It was extracted in Karelia, Russia near a village called Shunga, from where it is named after. It is believed to hold magical ancient healing powers as well as the ability to repel electromagnetic frequencies.
